We offer appliance collection in other areas for a standard charge of £10.00 per collection, you can add multiple appliances and only one charge will be payable.

Items That Are Not Free or included within the £10 charge

Some items have disposal costs and cannot be collected for free, including:

Fridges

Freezers

TVs

Monitors/screens

Gas bottles/cylinders

Non-metal or mixed waste items

These items can still be collected, but they will be quoted separately.

Most white goods and metal appliances contain valuable recyclable materials such as steel, aluminium, copper and electrical components. Once collected, these items are taken to licensed recycling facilities where they are separated, processed and reused in the manufacturing of new products.

By recycling appliances correctly, valuable materials can be recovered instead of ending up in landfill, helping reduce waste and environmental impact.

Items such as fridge freezers require specialist handling due to the gases and cooling systems inside them, which is why they have separate disposal charges and must be processed differently from standard metal appliances.
